Custom-Wound Samples

Custom-wound samples and prototype components manufactured to customer-specified designs are non-refundable. These products are produced exclusively to order, and material and production costs are incurred upon confirmation. Please review all design requirements carefully before placing a custom sample order.

Standard Catalog Items

Standard catalog items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and documentation intact. To initiate a return, please contact hello@micro-mag.com with your order details.

Defective Products

Products found to be defective due to manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or a full refund, provided the defect is reported within 30 days of receipt. MICROMAG may request photographic evidence or return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, MICROMAG will arrange or reimburse return shipping at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
